A SIGNATURE MOU MACC-HELP University Collaboration in Leadership Development for Governance & Integrity

The input from HELP University:

1. To formalise the strategic collaboration between MACC and HELP University through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening integrity, governance, and anti-corruption education and research initiatives.
2. To officially launch the Forum on Governance and Integrity Series 2026, a prestigious thought-leadership programme.
3. The MOU signing and the Forum are signature events of our 40th Anniversary Celebration of HELP University.

The details of the ceremony are as follows:

• Date : 13 January 2026 (Tuesday)

I was honoured to be invited by Professor Datuk Dr Paul Chan, Chancellor and Co-Founder of HELP University https://university.help.edu.my/people/professor-datuk-dr-paul-chan/, to attend this prestigious ceremony. The event was graced by high-profile representatives from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), senior officers from the Royal Malaysia Police, distinguished educationists, prominent industry leaders, and other respected guests.
