The Malaysia–Cambodia Business Association (MCBA) organised the Lunar New Year Celebration 2026 – Year of the Horse on 13th March 2026, with well-coordinated arrangements and overwhelming participation from prominent figures representing the government, political sector, business conglomerates, associations, and charitable organisations.

Mr. S. Jai Shankar (Senior Director Of MATRADE-Export Promotion And Market Access Division) was the Guest of Honor.

“Festival of 1000 Lanterns - A Mid-Autumn Celebration” organized by Help University on 4-10-2025 and attended by Chinese, Malay, Indian, and other races with high spirit and projected good harmony among the multiracial people of Malaysia.

Datin Chan Kam Yoke, Chairman of the Malaysian Public Library, Research & Development Centre (MPL) of Help University, invited me to the “Festival of 1000 Lanterns - A Mid-Autumn Celebration” on Saturday, 4 October 2025.

The MPL is committed to advancing literacy, lifelong learning, and the preservation of cultural traditions. Through our outreach initiatives, we aim to inspire creativity and learning across communities, with a special focus on school children and underprivileged groups.

A Grandfather’s Lesson on Time

One day, a grandfather said to his grandson, “Peter, if I were to give you RM86,400 each day, and you must spend it all within that day, how would you use it?”

The boy thought for a moment and replied, “Grandfather, that’s a huge amount! I would use it wisely — buy gifts for my family, donate to charity, invest in gold for the future, take my parents out for a wonderful dinner, buy them something nice, and pray for strength and motivation to do good things.”

The grandfather smiled and said, “You are a good boy, Peter. People around you will surely appreciate and love you because you think of others before yourself.”

Then he added, “Remember, my child, each day life gives us 86,400 seconds — just like the RM86,400. Once gone, they can never be regained. Use them meaningfully to achieve something measurable, memorable, and fulfilling. Time wasted can never be earned back.”

Moral of the Story:

Every day is a gift of 86,400 seconds — spend them wisely.

As an active participant in CULMI's efforts to promote Refrigerant Recovery in the air-conditioning and refrigeration sectors, our company possesses extensive expertise in educating and training individuals, training institutions and companies on the correct use of equipment and tools necessary for effective Refrigerant Recovery in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. We also share valuable knowledge about refrigerant phase-out, earning widespread acceptance from training institutions in Malaysia involved in project tendering.

The most recent product training session on the Refrigerant Recovery Machine, Recovery Cylinder, and associated tools took place at INSTEP (Institut Teknologi Petroleum PETRONAS) on July 20, 2025. The training was well-received by the lecturers, who appreciated the knowledge shared.

WORLD REFRIGERATION DAY 2025 Seminar Held At UniKL Malaysia France Institute, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor  On 11 June 2025
 
World Refrigeration Day is an international awareness campaign established by the World Refrigeration Day Secretariat to raise the profile of the refrigeration, airconditioning, and heat-pump sector and focuses attention on the significant role that the industry and its technology play in modern life and society. It draws attention to the wonderful engineering and science that is all around us every day. Refrigeration is at the very heart of modern life. It enables people to live, travel, and work comfortably. It saves lives. It enables people to achieve.
 
In conjunction with World Refrigeration Day, ASHRAE UniKL MFI Student Branch is organizing a Refrigeration System Design Competition 2024 with support from ASHRAE Malaysia Chapter.

Welcoming speech was given by YBhg. Dr Badli Shah Mohd Yusoff , Dean / Head of Campus, UNIKL MFI and followed by Opening Speech by Department Of Environment represented by Mr. Ryan Ooi Chean Weai Senior Principal Assistant Director of Air Division, Department of Environment. 

The Appreciation Award Presentation by the ASHRAE Malaysia Chapter, along with the Souvenir Presentation for all sponsors, was expertly managed by Mr. Tee Tone Vei, President of the ASHRAE Malaysia Chapter.

The seminar was packed with information, featuring expert speakers in their respective fields:

The CULMI brand of Condenser Tube Cleaning Machine was selected by Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara (IKBN) Naka Kedah as their preferred choice of brand for product training in their vocational education program.

A comprehensive one-day product training session was conducted on May 13, 2025, for IKBN teachers, receiving positive feedback and concluding with a certificate issuance ceremony.
 

A) Product Introduction:


CM-V is one of the earliest factories in developing and manufacturing rotary tube cleaners. The CM-V is the third generation of the original rotary tube cleaner. All our rotary tube cleaning machines make tough tube cleaning a simple, one-person operation. They are ideal for cleaning tubes/pipes 6.35mm-25.4mm (1/4''-1'') I.D. in chillers, condensers, evaporators, absorption machines and heat exchangers etc.
