Dear all, good neighborhood of USJ 1 Taman Perindustrian Subang Jaya!

USJ 1 road resurfacing project was completed as of 5-11-2024 with a fresh outlook. I have made the progress in a presentation as per the attached file to address the issues since day one I made reports of the extremely bad road conditions to Y.B. Puan Michelle Ng Mei Sze (ADUN N.31 Subang Jaya) and TUAN AR. KAMARUL HISHAM BIN HJ. YEOP HASHIM (Ahli Majlis) (MBSJ) and subsequently, with all the committed works had done.

Kindly open the file, read through the contents, and make sure to view the videos before and after the road condition. Appreciate what we have now than before, and be cooperative in resolving unsolved issues highlighted in the presentation report.

On 30-8-2023, (Dr.) Beh received a Certificate which was issued by BPH-BRITISH PUBLISHING HOUSE LTD originating from London United Kingdom with the title of “Successful People in Malaysia” following the interview which was organized by BritishPedia Media Group Sdn Bhd on 15-5-2023 on his Biography and eventually seeing the release of encyclopedia books (百科全书) by BPH for their 5th edition throughout whole Malaysia of 14 National libraries and Singapore end of 2023.

The recognitions of (Dr.) Beh basically attributed to his years of unselfish contributions and involvement in Associations such as MMCA (Malaysian Mah Clan Association) as a Youth Chief organizing motivation talks and MACRA (MALAYSIAN AIR-CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION ASSOCIATION) as a 2nd Vice President mainly solving Industry’s issues with extensive aggressive dialogue with Government’s related Agencies & Bodies such DOE (Department of Environment), SIRIM & ST (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) as well contributed many ideas for the Environmental impact issues such as OZONE DEPLETION as well GLOBAL WARNING with countless seminars and talks under MACRA’s umbrella.

His most significant development in Industry contribution is having a “self-talking” company’s website under his company namely, CULMI AIR-COND & REFRIGERATION PARTS SUPPLY SDN BHD with NEWPAGES’s platform where he had done many sharing through seminars on how to operate a company to gain business with an impressive website which had benefited many organizations locally as well aboard for the past 11 years.

(Dr.) Beh had been awarded Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (P.J.K.) by Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Malacca Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia (Dr.) Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam on 24-8-2021 and the ceremony was held on 4-12-2021 in conjunction with the 72nd Official Birthday Celebration.
