HELP University, a prestigious international institution, organized the 2025 Chinese New Year Open House on 10-2-2025 (Monday, 初十三). The event welcomed over 400 distinguished guests, including prominent businesspeople, educators, celebrities, politicians, and key association figures.

Professor Datuk Paul Chan, Chancellor and Co-Founder of HELP University, delivered a captivating welcoming speech, setting the tone for this remarkable and well-coordinated gathering.

I am proud to be pursuing my PhD in the Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program at HELP University through APEL.Q, with the convocation anticipated in April 2026.

国际知名学府精英大学于2025年2月10日（月初十三）举办了2025年农历新年开放日。此次活动迎来了 400 多位贵宾，其中包括著名商人、教育家、名人、政治家和重要协会人物。

The 2025 Chinese New Year Charity Night hosted by BLN Group was packed with activities mooted by Dato' Kenny You (Director of Bio Life Neutraceuticals Sdn Bhd) with consecutive 6 years of organizing such meaningful talk of the town event. 
 
Selangor royal family members, Y.M. Tengku Dato' Dr. Hishammuddin Zaizi bin Y.A.M Tengku Bendahara Azman Shah Alhaj was the guest of honor to open this prestigious charity night, which was held on 8-2-2025.
 
As a person who is always looking forward to doing something for society, I made a contribution to support this charity night as well.
Three YB were invited as VVIPs and gave away their Chinese New Year speeches.
 
Charity organizations, schools, old folks homes, and orphanage homes were among the bodies that participated in this event.
Prominent public business figures and celebrities attended this event as well.

PERTUBUHAN PENG AN KEONG, JALAN PASAR 36100 BAGAN DATOH PERAK, FUNDRAISING FOR BUILDING TEMPLE AND PRIMARY SCHOOL CONTRIBUTION ON 31-1-2025 (3RD DAY OF CNY).

In total, 1,200 people attended this fundraising dinner. As part of my social responsibility, I donated a total of RM15,500.00, including three (3) DAIKIN Wall Mounted Air-Cond units to my Primary School and the Temple.

马福兴荣誉博士，是已故马德水先生的第三子，其父亲曾经营万兴栈杂货店。马福兴博士从事空调冷气行业多年，凭借其专业知识和辛勤付出，取得了卓越成就。他于1982年随家人迁居吉隆坡求学，并在吉隆坡扎根发展，逐步奠定了事业的辉煌基础。
 
多年来，马福兴博士积极参与公会、协会及各类社会和社团活动，为社会发展作出了卓越贡献。由于其不懈努力及无私奉献，他获得马六甲州元首阁下授予的P.J.K.服务有功勋衔，以表彰其对社会的卓越贡献。除此之外，马博士在商业领域也非常活跃，他善于利用网络分享专业知识与行业经验，受到广泛认可，因此被委任为NEWPAGES品牌成功大使。

(Dr.) Beh Hock Heng is the third son of the late Mr. Beh Teik Moh. His father once ran万兴栈 a grocery store. (Dr.) Beh has been engaged in the air-conditioning and air-conditioning industry for many years and has achieved outstanding achievements with his professional knowledge and hard work. In 1982, he moved to Kuala Lumpur with his family to study and took root in Kuala Lumpur, gradually laying the foundation for a brilliant career.
 
Over the years, (Dr.) Beh has actively participated in trade unions, associations, and various social and community activities, making outstanding contributions to social development. Due to his unremitting efforts and selfless dedication, he was awarded the P.J.K. Meritorious Service Award by His Excellency the TYT of Malacca in recognition of his outstanding contributions to society. In addition, (Dr.) Beh is also very active in the business field. He is good at using the Internet WEBSITE to share professional knowledge and industry experience and is widely recognized. Therefore, he was appointed as the NEWPAGES brand success ambassador.
 
Adhering to the concept of lifelong learning, (Dr.) Beh always maintains a mentality of continuous progress. Not only does he hold an honorary doctorate, he also takes the initiative to challenge himself. He is currently studying for a doctorate and is committed to improving his academic and professional standards. His achievements in leaving home have been highly praised, not only as a personal success but also as a pride and role model for the children of Bagan Datuk.

His generosity and selfless dedication not only warmed the campus but also inspired countless students to work hard. Dear all, good neighborhood of USJ 1 Taman Perindustrian Subang Jaya!

USJ 1 road resurfacing project was completed as of 5-11-2024 with a fresh outlook. I have made the progress in a presentation as per the attached file to address the issues since day one I made reports of the extremely bad road conditions to Y.B. Puan Michelle Ng Mei Sze (ADUN N.31 Subang Jaya) and TUAN AR. KAMARUL HISHAM BIN HJ. YEOP HASHIM (Ahli Majlis) (MBSJ) and subsequently, with all the committed works had done.

Kindly open the file, read through the contents, and make sure to view the videos before and after the road condition. Appreciate what we have now than before, and be cooperative in resolving unsolved issues highlighted in the presentation report.

Unusual achievement as a BRAND SUCCESS AMBASSADOR (品牌成功大使) to NEWPAGES NETWORK SDN BHD (Leading Corporate Website Provider and The Malaysia Book of Record holder for two consecutive years ); what else I can imagine thus far of my overall life achievements.

Below is my speech during the ceremony of signing the appointment on 26-11-2024 at Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC) Bangsar Kuala Lumpur.

首先我要感謝NEWPAGES創辦人(Mr. Tee)正式委任我本人作為 NEWPAGES品牌成功大使 (NEWPAGES Brand Success Ambassador)。

實際上這個名份來的不是突然的。多年來我一直無私地分享如何使用網站來經營業務,從中我洩漏了公司的成功秘訣給大眾. 因此而感動了Mr. Tee。跟著,今天變成了我的大日子。

一路來，我們的配合從來沒有金錢上的談判，我們只有一個共同點，就是提供一個概念給中小型企業家(Small and medium-sized entrepreneurs) 去利用網站做生意和去打一個天下。我們接下來會陸陸續續的去主辦大小型講座會, 希望更多公司從中可以得益。

成為一位大使, 我必須跟NEWPAGES達成協議去配合公司的裡程碑。在此,我趁這個機會介紹我本人的背景, 希望你們可以了解我更加深入。

Malaysia-Cambodia Business Association (MCBA) 2nd Anniversary Nexus Gala Dinner at HGH Convention Centre, Sentul, on 27th November 2024 (Wednesday) with spectacle arrangements and overwhelming participation of prominent figures from Government, Politic, Business Conglomerate, Associations, Charity Organizations, etc.

YB Datuk Seri Haji Ahmad bin Haji Maslan (Timbalan Menteri Kerja Raya-Deputy Minster Of Works Of Malaysia) was the guest of honour, giving an inspiring speech covering the Malaysian economy's overall perspective.

Congratulations to Dato’ Sri Dr. Ricky Yaw (EKG – Group Executive Chairman) (Malaysia-Cambodia Business Association – MCBA – Founding President) and the working committees with cohesion joint hand made this dinner successful one and talk of the town.  

CULMI AIR-COND & REFRIGERATION PARTS SUPPLY SDN. BHD., as a member of MCBA, sponsored a package as one of the sponsors during this event.

Mr. Tee, the founder of NEWPAGES NETWORK SDN BHD, was one of my guests at this event.

On 18-9-2024, DAIKIN MALAYSIA SALES & SERVICE SDN. BHD. Air-Cond Sales Division headed by Mr. Lee Wai Kok (Air-Cond Sales – GM) and Spare Part & Marketing headed by Mr. Chan Hon Leong (Marketing & Service – GM) together with Mr. Jason Foo Hee Joon (Manager-Parts Sales), Mr. Lee Kah Hing (Senior Executive), Mr. Chris Liew Jern Cang (Senior Executive), Ms. Cheryl Yun Lai Mun (Executive) and Mr. Zed Lai Chee Yin (Asst.
