I had worked for established companies started with MAICO (Matsushita), ACSON (Acson Malaysia), TENCO Group & etc. since year of 1987 and involved in extensive Associations’ developments such as MMCA (Malaysian Mah Clan Association) as a Youth Chief and MACRA (MALAYSIAN AIR-CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION ASSOCIATION) as a 2nd Vice President as well NASMIC (National SME Council) as a Public Speaker and countless of Industry’s contributions which had created some impact on my personality and image in terms of recognitions overall from Associations and Industries.  

The most significant of my personal’s exposure as well my company (CULMI AIR-COND & REFRIGERATION PARTS SUPPLY SDN. BHD.) which was co-established and founded with Mr. Tan since 2012 with CULMI’s website www.culmi.com.my  launched in the year of 2014 and since then the Industry players from locally and internationally searched this Website’s contents with average 23,000 visiting traffic per week eventually created talk-of-the-town Website which had brought business to my company extensively and made good channel for getting information from all over places.  

NEWPAGES (Malaysia Business Portal) frequently invited me as a speaker to share with Industries on how to make use the Website Platform to run the business with small manpower which I believe many companies had benefitted and gained from my unselfishness outputs.

All my contributions all these years eventually was discovered by BritishPedia Media originated from London, United Kingdom with encyclopedia books publication which had published in Malaysia and Singapore for years with book titled 'Successful People in Malaysia' for their 5th edition to be released by End of 2023 with identified person of myself to be interviewed. 

The arrangement of interview was organized on 15-5-2023 with British Publishing House’s Editor namely Elaine with detailed input of my biography which eventually will be printed in 5th Edition of BritishPedia encyclopedia book and to be released to National libraries whole Malaysia and Singaore by end of 2023. 

This is my life’s CULMINATION (CULMI) which I never dreamed before and it is happened to me! Beh

The Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol is an international agreement to gradually reduce the consumption and production of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs). It is a legally binding agreement designed to create rights and obligations in international law.

The Montreal Protocol was originally created to preserve and restore the ozone layer; participating countries agreed to phase out chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), gases that had been causing ozone depletion. HFCs do not contain chlorine, so they do not cause ozone depletion, and therefore have been replacing CFCs under the Protocol.[3] However, HFCs are powerful greenhouse gases that contribute to climate change,[4] so this amendment adds HFCs to the list of chemicals that countries promise to phase down.

As of February 26, 2023, 148 states[6] and the European Union[7] have ratified the Kigali Amendment.

Many industrial products, including refrigerants[8] and other cooling services, use HFCs.

Originally, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) were used in these applications, but the deleterious effect of these gases on the ozone layer was revealed in 1974 by Paul J. Crutzen, Mario Molina, and F. Sherwood Rowland.[10] The Montreal Protocol was signed in 1987 by the 20 major CFC producers and came into effect in 1989; since 1987, all 197 member states of the United Nations, among others, have ratified the Protocol. HFCs have since largely replaced CFCs.

Although HFCs are harmless to the ozone layer, they are potent greenhouse gases.[12] While their lifespan in the atmosphere is short (10 to 20 years) relative to carbon dioxide (CO2), HFCs filter infrared waves much more powerfully. HFCs are therefore thousands of times more heat-trapping than CO2,[13] with a global warming potential (GWP) of 12 to 14,800.[14] Eliminating emissions of these gases could significantly lower the effects of global warming and avoid a full 0.5 degree Celsius of warming above preindustrial levels by the end of the century.

On 17-1-2023, DAIKIN MALAYSIA SALES & SERVICE SDN. BHD. Spare Part Division headed by Mr. Jason Foo Hee Joon (Assistant Manager), Ms. Cheryl Yun Lai Mun (Senior Supervisor) and Mr. Chris Liew Jern Cang (Sales Executive) paid a visit to Culmi’s office for a courtesy visit cum Business Cooperation meeting for strengthening the Business Relation between DAIKIN MALAYSIA and CULMI AIR-COND.
 
The visit as well took the oppurtunity to present The Year of the RABBIT symbolic animal for Chinese New Year 2023 as an AWARD for the sales achievement in the year of 2022.

The visit took the opportunity to introduce Daikin Reiri centralized controller for VRV systems with detailed presentation by Mr. Leong Kah Hou.

 * Reiri is a centralized controller for VRV systems that is used to maximize comfort and energy efficiency of the air conditioning system.
 
 * With Reiri, you are able to easily analyse energy consumption and Indoor Air Quality data through graphs that are generated automatically.
