Mastercool introduces its new “MASTERCLEANSE” large volume flush machines designed to flush all HVAC/R and automotive systems. “MASTERCLEANSE” will be commonly used for removal of all solids and residues caused by breakage of compressor or filters. Designed with durable roll-away wheels and handle, this machine can conveniently move as needed.

Yes, the system is suitable for large VRF systems. Probably more so than automotive. The unit will push the flush agent through a system that has a return route. You can continually fill the reservoir until the system is fully flooded with flush. The unit will have a push pressure from the pump but it is not intended to pressurise the system. The system needs to be an open circuit. 30 meters pipe length is easily handled. It is recommended that nitrogen be used to clear the system of residual flush agent when flushing is complete.

We do not recommend flushing a complete system. It is best to flush the individual components. As far as the length of tubing that can be flushed, as long as there is flow through the tubing, there is no restriction on the tube length. It is up to the technician to determine how long to do the flushing. If the flow is lower due to the length of the tubing, the flushing time will be longer.

These figures should work for the 69900 as well as it appears to be based on the volume of the pipe interior. With the 69900, the reservoir is 10lt capacity, however, it is not pressurised. It is possible to add more flush fluid as required while it is pumping. As much as is required with no real upper limit.  If more than 10lt is required, it will be necessary to have a container to receive the excess fluid when clearing the lines on completion of the job.

1. The solvent will mix with any oil in the system being flushed. It can not be separated from the oil once mixed. 

2. The colour of the flush fluid will determine when the flush fluid should be replaced. It is possible to use a refractometer to determine exactly when the fluid should be changed. It will be trial and error to determine the best levels for when to change. 

3. The filter is a particulate filter and can be cleaned for re-use. If damaged, the filter screen can be replaced. P/N 69900-FS
