What is a Modulating Control Valve?
A modulating control valve is an automated valve that is used to control the amount of flow in a system or process. They go beyond simple shutoff or isolation (on/off) and actually allow precise control of the flow rate. The actuators on these valves use feedback and control signals to accurately open and close the valve.

120 sec or 140 sec refer to the frequency.On 60 Hz it is 120 sec. On 50 Hz it is 140 sec. The 2 actuator are made from 2 different factories. The one on the left is China. The one on the right is Hungary.
In Malaysia, it is always 140s because we use 50Hz here. In US, it is 120 s cos they use 60Hz there.
This is electrical characteristics. It is the same unit. The speed of opening/closing depend on the frequency of electricity. In Malaysia it is 50Hz. In US or Philippine it is 60Hz.
VC7931ZZ actuator is 120sec(operating on 60Hz) or 140sec(Operating on 50Hz) as in Malaysia. Both this actuator is made in China or Hungry. The China made sticker shows 140 sec while the Hungry made sticker shows 120 sec.
